Three youth leaders make life-changing choices for their communities in the hostile environment of the 2026 Ugandan elections. A gang boss joins the government’s “ghetto structure” program for legitimacy and funding; an opposition activist continues to defy the state, despite severe deprivation and police intimidation; and a Rasta collective are torn between the temptation of money and their spiritual ethics. The film climaxes in a boxing match between the youth groups, bringing them together as the promises of the political elites fall apart.
